  • How do I register online?

    To become a registered customer, you just have to click in LOG-IN/SIGN-IN, write your email address in the field below "Create a customer account?" and click in the green button "CONTINUE". After that, fulfill the form with all the required info.

    Do not forget to set a safe password (it's mandatory to choose a password with 8 or more characters including capital letters and lower cases with numbers).

    When you finish fulfilling the form, click in the green button "FINISH".

  • How do I place an order?

    To buy at Silvina Campos is very simple. After you register yourself as a customer, you just have to enter the product page, read its description, select colour and size and add it to cart.

    You may choose to receive your order at your address or collect it at a DPD Pick Me point (only for Portugal).

  • How can I pay for an order?

    For deliveries in Portugal you can pay your order through Multibanco reference, MBWay, Credit Card, PayPal or Klarna. For delieveries outside of Portugal, you can choose between Credit Card, PayPal or Klarna.

  • Why can't I pay for my order by credit card?

    For security reasons, Visa or MasterCard credit card payments require that you have 3D Secure enabled for your card. If you enter your credit card numbers, click Pay and the payment is refused, please contact your bank and check that your card has the 3D Secure protocol active.
  • What does 3D Secure mean?

    3D Secure is a security protocol designed to protect online purchases with a credit or debit card. It works through additional authentication, which usually involves sending a code by SMS or notification in an app on the cardholder's mobile phone to confirm the transaction. This extra authentication helps ensure that the payment is being made by the cardholder, reducing the risk of fraud. Signing up to 3D Secure is usually a free process and can be done through your online bank, app or branch. After signing up, your card will be protected and online purchases will be made more securely.
  • How much are the shipping costs?

    3,50€ for home deliveries in mainland Portugal; 2,50€ for deliveries at DPD Pick Me points; 9,90€ for deliveries at portuguese islands.

    3,50€ for home deliveries at ao domicílio in mainland Spain; 5,00€ for deliveries at Spanish islands.

    Shipping is free for orders above 100,00€ for deliveries in mainland Portugal and Spain. For the islands (portuguese and spanish ones) shipping is free for orders above 150,00€.



  • How does the delivery process work?

    Your order will be confirmed as soons as we receive payment for it. As soon as stock is confirmed, we will process the order.

    We estimate your order will arrive between 1 to 3 days after shipment for deliveries in mainland Portugal and Spain.

    For deliveries in portuguese or spanish islands your order may take from 2 to 8 days to arrive after shipment.




  • Where can I receive an order?

    For deliveries in mainland Portugal you can receive your order where it's most convenient to you (home or work place) by Nacex or you can pick it up at DPD Pick Me points.

    For deliveries in Azores or Madeira islands you can receive your order where it's most convenient to you (home or work place) by DPD.

    For deliveries in Spain (mainland or islands) you can receive your order where it's most convenient to you (home or work place) by Correos Express.

  • To which countries do you ship to?

    At the moment Silvina Campos online shop can only ship to Portugal and Spain.
  • Can I exchange a product bought online?

    Exchanges are only allowed for sizes and if the price has not changed, the item is in perfect condition and we have stock. The first exchange is free of charge, and subsequent exchanges are at customer's expense.
  • Can I return a product bought online?

    We accept returns up until 30 days after you receive your order.

    To guarantee the acceptance of your return, products must not be washed or worn, they must have the original labels and all the items that are a part of a product must be returned.

    We also accept returns of products with defect of manufacturing, that will be evaluated by our quality control team upon arrival.

    We can only accept returns of products bought at our online shop.

    We will refund all shipping costs if you return a product with defect of manufacturing.

  • How do I return an order?

    To return a product you need to Sign In, click in "MY ACCOUNT", click in ‘ORDERS’, select the order you want to return and click in RETURN. Follow the required steps. Wait for the shipping company to collect your order.

    If you are not registered as a customer (we strongly suggest you do), you need to send an email to online@silvinacampos.pt stating you want to place a return.

    Please note, it is not permitted to return any item that has been used, that shows signs of being worn, that has been washed, that has been altered in its essential characteristics or whose label has been removed.

  • How do I get my money back?

    The refund will be made within 14 work days, through the same method of payment that you used to place your order, after we verify the products. You can also choose to receive a voucher to use on a future purchase.
    Please note the amount refunded relates only to the value of the items returned and does not include any other costs supported by the customer at the time of purchase, such as shipping expenses.
  • How can I avoid damaging a product?

    As the items are made of delicate fabrics, the customer is advised to use them in a careful and responsible manner, avoiding objects or accessories that could pull threads, knits or damage the fabrics, circumstances for which Silvina Campos expressly declines any responsibility in advance.

    We therefore ask our valued customers to preserve the products as they would like to receive them at home. The Silvina Campos brand will lovingly prepare the goods for despatch, in the hope that you will enjoy them.

  • Can I save a product and buy it later on?

    Currently we don't have a product reservation service. However, you can add your favourite products to the Wishlist to acquire them later. Please note that by doing this you are not reserving a product but just saving it for future reference.

  • The product I want is sold out. Will it become available again?

    If the product you want is no longer available, it has likely sold out. However, sometimes we are able to replace some references, so there is a possibility that the product will be available again in the future. Go to the product page you want, click on the desired size and leave us your email address so we can warn you if the product is available again.

  • I saw a wallet and a pair of shoes that I really like. Can I buy them?

    Silvina Campos exclusively sells women's clothing and accessories such as scarves and belts. All the bags and shoes that appear in the images were lent by partners for the photo shoots.

  • Why can't I reach out by phone?

    Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot provide support by phone.
