It is a virtual card with a numerical code that is sent to the recipient's email address.

You can personalise the card with our images and write your own message.


Purchase

The E-Gift Card can be purchased from the online shop at www.silvinacampos.pt

No discounts and/or promotions apply to the purchase of E-Gift Cards.

E-Gift Cards are purchased individually and cannot be purchased together with other items in the same transaction.

Each E-Gift Card corresponds to one purchase. Therefore, if you wish to purchase more than one E-Gift Card, you must do so separately, in different purchases.


Validity

12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase.


How it works

The E-Gift Card is issued with a minimum amount of €25 and a maximum of €200 and is considered a means of payment.

The currency of the E-Gift Card is that of the selected country and corresponds to the currency of the country of purchase.

Valid on purchases of promotional and/or discounted items.

E-Gift Card returns are not accepted.

The E-Gift Card is non-refundable.

It is not possible to use more than one E-Gift Card in the same purchase and it is not a rechargeable card.


Returns

The E-Gift Card cannot be converted into cash and the balance cannot be refunded to the Customer in any way, except under the conditions provided for by law.

In the event of a return of a purchase made with the E-Gift Card, the amount will be refunded to the same E-Gift Card and to the email address of the original sender.

If the purchase was paid for with a E-Gift Card and any other form of payment, the E-Gift Card takes priority in terms of reimbursement.

The amount refunded to the E-Gift Card is limited to the amount paid with this form of payment.


Responsibility

The use and possession of the E-Gift Card is the sole responsibility of its holder.

We shall not be liable for the non-receipt of the E-Gift Card, or for the delay in its receipt by the respective recipient, for reasons beyond our control, namely: deficiencies or malfunctions in telecommunications lines or systems, delays in the transmission of information or data, loss of information or data that may occur, incorrect details of the E-Gift Card recipient, inability to deliver the E-Gift Card to the email address provided, or the email being considered spam or junk mail, among others.

We shall not be liable for the content of any message that may accompany the E-Gift Card.
