The processing of personal data complies with the requirements of Law no. 67/98, of 26 October, on the Protection of Personal Data, and the processing is intended for the formalisation and execution of the contract for the purchase and sale of products, depending on the prior consent of the customer, who may at any time exercise the right of access and objection, under the terms of the aforementioned law. The prior consent must be expressed, informed and freely given, and without it we are not authorised to proceed, which will naturally prevent you from buying from us.
The data that we process in relation to your activity on the website (and which is collected through different channels of the platform, which include your individual purchases) will remain linked to your customer area, allowing you to access the information.
We are authorised to process your data because it is essential for concluding the online sales contract. (2) Fulfilment and performance of the purchase contract: this will last for the time necessary to process your purchase, including returns, exchanges, complaints or claims associated with the purchase. If you have pre-defined a payment method for future purchases, we will process your data until you request its deletion;
(3) Customer support: processing will last as long as necessary to resolve the request.

• Right to cancellation or limitation of purpose: you can ask us to temporarily suspend the processing of your data or its storage beyond the necessary time;
• The right to give consent and to withdraw it;
• Right to data portability: you will have the right to receive the personal data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form, so that you can transmit it directly to another organisation without any hindrance from us;
• Right to object to data processing.
You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority, which in Portugal is the ‘CNPD - Comissăo Nacional de Proteçăo de Dados’ (National Data Protection Commission).
