You have 30 days to return an order placed in our online shop and it’s free of charge.
The return request must be initiated in your customer area in the online shop:
1. Log in to your account
2. Go to the ‘ORDERS’ section
3. Select the order you want to return
4. Click on RETURN
5. Choose the address where you would like us to collect the package
6. Close the return box properly
7. Wait for collection at your address.
Your return will be collected the next working day (in mainland Portugal and Spain).
QUICK REFUND
Refunds will be processed quickly, within days of receiving your return, using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for a refund to be made to your credit card will always depend on your bank.
You can also choose to receive a voucher to use on a future purchase.
The amount refunded relates only to the value of the items returned and does not include any other costs paid by the customer at the time of purchase, such as shipping costs.
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE RETURNING
Returns will be accepted in accordance with the following rules:
- Products must not show signs of having been washed or used.
- Products may only be tried on to test size and shape, but may not be worn. If signs of use are identified, we will not accept the return.
- The products must be in their original condition.
- The products are considered complete with all the elements sent we shipped them (example: extra buttons, removable chains, and others)
- We will not accept products that have been tampered with or that show signs of use such as: perfume odour, perspiration odour, tobacco odour, make-up stains or marks or any type of stain or mark or odour.

Silvina Campos Unipessoal, Lda is not responsible for alterations resulting from cleaning, washing and/or drying the products sold.
You may freely terminate the contract relating to products purchased in the online shop. You can do so freely and independently using the means described above.
